GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR PACKAGE

COST: $3,000

Gold level sponsors will receive the following:

Exhibitor Table throughout the conference and available during check-in/registration

Targeted e-mail to all participants before or after the event about your organization

Organization promotion through UMCMA social media channels

Three minute speaking opportunity to promote your organization at the end of one main session.

Up to four complimentary registrations

Named as official partner in all media and press releases.

SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR PACKAGE

COST: $2,000

Silver level sponsors will receive the following:

Item in attendee bags

Exhibitor Table available throughout the conference

Organization logo on all printed material

Organization logo/link on the official event webpage

An intro and a video spot for your organization at the end of one main session.

Up to two complimentary registrations

Named as sponsor on all schedules, media, and press releases.

BRONZE/SNACK BREAK SPONSOR

COST: $1,000

Snack level sponsors will receive the following:

Exhibitor Table

Exclusive branding and signage during one snack break as available (Sponsor provides signage)

Logo/link on the official event webpage

One complimentary registration

Ninety-second opportunity to promote your organization before snack break.

EXHIBIT SPACE

COST: $250

An Exhibitor is defined as one who is providing information about their organization, company, agency, etc. Your booth will include a table, two chairs, and electricity.

VENDOR SPACE

COST: $350

A vendor is defined as one who is selling a product, service, or any other item. Vendor(s) must be approved by the UMCMA Coordinating Committee.

ATTENDEE BAG INSERTS

COST: $100

Advertise your organization through supplying your own print piece, or small gift (pen, keychain, etc.) to be placed in each bag. Availability is limited and is on a first come basis. Pieces must be shipped at sponsor’s expense to the conference site in Oklahoma City. Total number of pieces needed is estimated to be 150.
